Unknown App
Notifications can be annoying. In the onboarding, Copilot gives the opportunity to set preferences on 6 types of notifications. The user knows that Copilot cares about his digital mindfulness and will send notifications only when it is relevant for him.





Calm
The non-intrusiveness of Calm's notifications (in line with their mindfulness promise) is allowed by a fine granularity in terms of reminders. You can precisely set reminders when you want and depending on the type of reminder.
